You’ll already see a few course rows when the page loads. Something like “Course 1” or “Course 2” — just placeholders.

Feel free to rename them. Or delete and start fresh. Need more? Tap that “Add Course” button and go wild.

Each course needs a grade. Use the dropdown to choose one — A+, A, B+, or whatever matches your score.

The calculator already knows how that converts on the 10-point scale. You don’t have to memorize anything.

This part is essential. Each course needs a credit value — usually between 1 and 10. Most core classes fall in the 3–5 range.

📘 The Formula

Here’s how it works:

GPA = (Sum of (Grade Points × Credit Hours)) ÷ (Total Credit Hours)

Let’s say you’ve taken 4 courses. Each one has a grade (like A, B+) and a credit value (like 3 or 4). Your GPA is the average of your grade points — weighted by those credits.

👉 GPA = 104.0 ÷ 12 = 8.67

Your GPA would be 8.67 out of 10.

🎯 What Does It All Mean?

• If your GPA is above 9.0, you’re doing excellent.
• A 7.0 to 8.5 GPA means you’re doing just fine — steady.
• Below 6.0? Might be time to check what’s pulling you down.
